We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced team and start climbing the career ladder within recruitment. We provide Support and Training throughout your career with us.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
- Monthly commission
- Quarterly bonus

OTE Projected:
- Year 1 – £30,000p.a.
- Year 2 – £45,000p.a.
- Year 3 – £60,000p.a. +
Roles and Responsibilities:
Building and nurturing business to business relationships with targeted clients to secure job vacancies and fill requirements in a timely and effective manner.
- Building new relationships with clients
- Maintaining active networks of clients and candidates
- Writing job adverts
- Processing applications and CV submittals
- Advising candidates and clients of the hiring process, best practices, and ways to improve for desired outcomes
- Arranging interviews and providing interview guidance
- Negotiating one-off and large-scale commercial deals
- Managing your time effectively to hit target and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals
